Four ways we get inside your fleet.
Built for US carriers running 10–150 trucks. Most owners start with the Visibility Audit, then move into a Full Breakdown or Reconstruction once they see what we find. Every engagement begins under mutual NDA.
Operations Visibility Audit
A focused look inside your fleet. We embed under NDA, watch how dispatch actually runs, sit with safety and management, and identify the operational bottlenecks that are quietly costing you money. You walk away with a clear executive summary of what's broken and why.
- Dispatch workflow review
- Internal communication analysis
- Safety workflow overview
- Bottleneck identification
- Executive summary report
Full Fleet Operations Breakdown
A complete operational teardown. We map every workflow, evaluate dispatcher performance, audit communication and accountability, and pressure-test how decisions move from the office to the truck. The output is a strategy session with the leverage points laid out.
- Full operational review
- Dispatcher performance analysis
- Driver workflow analysis
- Accountability assessment
- Strategy consultation
Fleet System Reconstruction
We rebuild the operation. New SOPs, dispatcher accountability systems, KPI structures, internal reporting, and the team-structure changes needed to make the new system stick. This is where carriers stop firefighting and start running on a real operating model.
- Workflow restructuring
- Dispatcher accountability system
- SOP & KPI development
- Internal reporting systems
- Team structure recommendations
Executive Operations Control
An insider seat at your leadership table. Monthly operational reviews, dispatch oversight, KPI tracking, and direct executive consultation — so the system you built doesn't drift back to where it started. We hold the line with you.
- Monthly operational reviews
- KPI tracking & analysis
- Dispatch performance oversight
- Executive consultation calls
- Continuous efficiency evaluations
Questions owners actually ask.
Who is this actually for?
+
US-based trucking carriers running roughly 10–150 trucks where the owner still has visibility into operations but has lost confidence that what's reported up matches what's happening on the floor. If you're under 10 trucks we're probably overkill; over 150 we'll tell you up front whether we're the right fit.
How is this different from a consultant or a TMS rollout?
+
Consultants hand you a deck. TMS vendors hand you software. We embed inside your operation under NDA, watch dispatch and safety actually run, and fix the workflow problems that no software or slide can solve. We don't sell tools — we rebuild how the work moves.
Do you sign an NDA before we share anything?
+
Yes. Every engagement begins with a mutual NDA before we look at dispatcher screens, KPIs, payroll, broker margins, or anything else. The audit booking flow itself requires acknowledging the NDA terms before submission.
Will my dispatchers know you're auditing them?
+
That's your call. Most owners introduce us as an operations review so behavior stays normal — that's the whole point. We never pose as employees, but we don't announce we're hunting for problems either.
How quickly do you start after I book?
+
Most Visibility Audits start within 7–10 days of the consult call. Reconstruction engagements take 2–3 weeks to scope properly because we have to map your existing workflows before we touch anything.
What if I just want a one-time audit, not ongoing work?
+
That's the Operations Visibility Audit (1–2 weeks). You get the executive summary, we walk through findings, and you decide what to do with it. No pressure to continue — though most carriers do.
Do you work with reefer / flatbed / specialized fleets?
+
Yes. The operational principles — accountability, dispatch discipline, KPI hygiene, communication structure — apply across freight types. We adjust the workflow rebuild to your equipment mix and lane profile.
What does the consult call cover?
+
30–45 minutes. We cover your fleet size, current pain points, what you've already tried, what's costing you sleep, and whether one of our four engagement tiers actually fits. If it doesn't, we'll say so.
How do you bill?
+
Fixed fees per engagement tier, invoiced 50% on start and 50% on delivery for one-time work. Executive Operations Control is monthly retainer, billed in advance, cancellable with 30 days notice.
Is everything we share confidential?
+
Yes. Mutual NDA covers everything we see — financials, dispatcher names, broker relationships, safety records, internal communications. We never name clients publicly without written consent.
Final Brief
Stop the Bleeding.
Tell us about your operation. We'll come back within one business day with two or three specific things we'd look at first — no pitch deck, no obligation.
