What we collect

When you submit a form on this site (the operational review request, the inline article form, or our scheduling page) we collect the information you give us: your first name, work email, company name, and approximate fleet size. We also record which page or article the submission came from.

Why we collect it

We use that information for one purpose: to contact you about a potential operational engagement with Carrier Pulse Operations. That includes replying to your inquiry, scheduling a discovery call, and sending you a written follow-up. We do not sell or rent your information. We do not add you to a marketing newsletter unless you explicitly opt in.

Where it lives

Submissions are stored in our customer relationship management system (HubSpot). Access is limited to the Carrier Pulse team. HubSpot's own privacy and security commitments are available on their website.

How long we keep it

If we engage with you, we retain your contact details for the duration of the engagement plus seven years for tax and contract records. If we never engage and you go cold for 24 months, we delete your record on the next quarterly cleanup.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to: see what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email privacy@carrierpulseops.com and we'll action the request within 10 business days.

Cookies

The site uses only the strictly necessary cookies required for navigation and form submission. We do not run third-party ad-tracking pixels.
